‘‘I had an appointment for a crown and filling with Dr Bootsie. I was very nervous, as I’ve never had a crown before and had no idea what to expect. I arrived early for my appointment and was taken back within just a few mins by her assistant Emalea. Emalea explained how the process worked and put me at ease. Dr Bootsie came in and explained the process again. Both Dr Bootsie and her assistant have a very calming presence and continued asking me through the entire process if I was doing ok. I had absolutely no pain through the entire procedure! The crown was done in house so I didn’t have to come back numerous times as with other offices. I couldn’t believe how easy it was!!
